Very expensive. Labour cost is very high vi-a-vis the material cost. General servicing will cost itself Rs.4500/- + service tax 650/- totals to Rs. 5200/-. This is not even the cost with multibranded workshops are charging. We really do not know about the genuinity of spare parts. Because they will not provide any guarantee because it is a automobile part. So, even a cheap part can also be fitted.
We get only cleaned carpet with printed foot papers.
Not trust worthy service.

Please DO NOT go to this location. Very eager to sell the car and if things prevent you from buying the car they WILL NOT I REPEAT they WILL NOT REFUND YOUR DEPOSIT. They will either claim that your check has been mailed or they WILL say its storage charge for the car since they had to order from the company. I think Santro and i10 are custom made like Rolls-Royce or Aston Martin. DO not ask for the customer service manager as he is NEVER available and he is always either out, or sick or in meetings.
