Worst, careless & irresponsible. I booked tickets (Volvo sleeper) with Akbar travels for my mother and niece from Hyderabad to Bombay through Red Bus. The bus broke-down after Pune. The irresponsible driver after two hours diverted passengersâ attention to other bus (that bus refused to take them in) and by the time passengersâ came back driver escaped. After some time some neeta travels mini bus comes and takes in only nine passengers and says they have been informed take only this much. Then again after some more time another bus comes and this guy takes every in but at a cost of Rs.500 per head and further he denies a seat to my niece saying we donât have seat for kids (they took full charge Rs.1300 in the sleeper for my niece) and

Worst bus service... We booked out ticket in 1000 and at the last momonet they charged us 1200 per ticket.. we dint have option to cancell the tickets as none were available... worst bus service I wil not recommend it to anyone
