Joe was born and brought up in Hyderabad where he completed his graduation in Commerce. Digressing from stereotypes and expectations, he turned to physical fitness combining his passion and profession. At the age of 30, Joe already has many feathers in his cap. 10 years in the business, he is the proud recipient of prestigious certificates and laurels from The American College of Sports and Medicine along with the Aerobics and Fitness Associate of America Award and the Reebok Certificate of Achievement Award. He feels that the idea of people go to gymnasiums merely to lose weight is a misconception. People looking to gain weight can also go to a gym as these places aim at overall health and fitness.
