My brother-in-law purchased dream yuga from fortune honda ranigunj branch ,with period of one year its back wheel is getting skidding when we apply brakes we have contacted service center person they are asking to pay 2k rupees . im not getting one thing we had complained so many time's regarding bike problem .they have ignored our problem now they are asking us pay money. really such a bad experience in my life . if i know these kind of services they do i would wont suggest my friends to buy the bike of honda...

poor customer care. the persons attend you there behave like bosses and treat you like its your need not ours... if you want take it or leave it .never seen in any other honda showrooms. they didnt provide you what are the forms required and whats the procedure.to the worst they didnt have xerox copier if you went there with originals you have to search for xerox shops for 20-30min in surrounding area
