BSNL Customer Care , Secunderabad

I have purchased a BSNL EVDO device last year with customer id 4001642622 and phn no:04029098187,but returned it back within 15 days of its purchase due to the lack of network.U know what the worst part is i'm still receiving its bill till date...how ridiculous!!!,when I dont even have the device wid me i wonder how am i using it!!!!!!I have been trying to contact the customer care many a times since about 18 months,they never reply u back thats the most annoying part...I regret of ever connecting with BSNL...
I hope atleast this way u will provide us with a solution...

shravan: i am living in moosapet at hyderabad.From 2 days we are not able to call any network and sms too.it is a bad network.Atleast we are not able to call customer care also

I purchased sim on 3/10/10 and till date Network fails to connect me to any incomming mobile call from BSNL net work.I make two complaints to your call center and it was told that fault rectified but still fault persist. .It is very much contrast to TATAS reputetion.

BSNL is the most corrupt, lazy, lethargic customer Care. It right time to bann BSNL and its operations by Government of India. I refer my problem to you. I am quoting ref. No.12229629538 dtd13/09/10 for shifting of my BSNL Tele line 27744540 from Sripuri Colony in Karkhana to Gruhalakshmi Colony in Karkhana. which is barely 2 minutes walk. Only thing is that the lazy and lethrgic JTO of Picket Office is not effecting the shift. What shall we do. The Customer service at BSNL, Patny, Secunderabad told me that the shift will be made within one week and so far nothing happended till date. If any sincere officer of BSNL does care and duty bound please take this matter to the eyes and ears of your department and days are not for when the people using BSNI will totally bann the BSNL service.
