This branch has become really terrible at service. The manager is a Tamilian man whose English is impossible to understand and most of the staff is very unfriendly. Just one or two people who will help you out. The others think that they are doing you a favor by attending to you.
When they need FD deposits they are very sweet but later on they are not very considerate of you. I have made 5 trips and about half a dozen phone calls regrading Form 16s. They have been passing the buck since three weeks. They promise to return my calls and promptly forget. I regret having recommended this bank to my brother who is an NRI.
