Purchased a diamond ring on 15th Aug to gift for an occasion, Store didnt have the needed size and promised to get me the needed size in 3 days time which i could exchange for the bigger size which was available. I thought reasonable enough as i had 4 days.

One week has past and now i am chasing the customer care to get the needed size. No response still and now i am chasing to get the needed merchandise. Missed out the date and occasion for which i had purchased this...

Really disappointed with the service of Shoppers Stop.
