worst service, worst staff, the owner should change all the staff particularly the lead guy who deals with new customer.Put some educated people there as they don't know even basic etiquette

The worst service i have came across particularly in hyderabad .....only reason people prefer to go here is it near to office (hitech and gachibowli)..they have such a stupid small workshop maximum they can take 30 - 40 bikes ...they never give your bike on time ....they said my battery is charged ...but it got down in a weeks time ...they just keep postponing your service ...i was literally caling them up and they never bother to answer the calls ....no response ...worst ...worst ...please try to avoid if u can from this wirkshop .....

The service provided by Pearl Yamaha is the worst I have ever come across. The problem started with delivery of my bike R15 which I got after 25 days of what I was told. It had scratches on it so needed to get the fuel tank replaced.
My battery went down just 4 days after my second service.
And now its been 6 days that my bike is unable to start due to electrical issues and I have not got any help even though I have been calling all day long, getting a reply that the mechanic will come in 1hr or so.
TL;DR: The customer satisfaction is absolute ZERO.
