I am living in Visakhapatnam in Chinna Waltair Area for the past 8 years and was continuously buying my medicines for me and my family from Applo Pharmacy, Chinna Waltair., but off late say about from last 2 years, the service rendered by your outlet is miserable and not acceptable.
We get our medicines almost after 24 hours of placing the order and that order too, will be incomplete with a standard excuse of medicines are not available., or the boys are not there or we do not serve after 0900 PM or a standard SORRY...
Its not that there are no medical shops around to serve, but all I intend to bring it to the notice of the higher ups so that the quality of services are mainainted.
