I have been shopping with Malabar Gold for around 8 years now...earlier in bangalore and now in Hyderabad and the experience has always been wonderful. Keeping that in mind I went to the kukkatpally showroom today for Dhanteras to buy some gold jewellery and silver items. As expected the queue was long and lot of rush. What was not expected was the behavior of the staff...they made me wait for more than an hour and then started showing jewellery to people who came after me...when I protested they yelled at me waving his hand in front of my face almost in a gesture to slap me...yes that was the gesture he made.
