Pranit builder (kalyan reddy) is a big fraud, and he is in no mood to give the amenities whatever promises he has done is all fake, he just wants to complete the work some how and get all the money and run away. He has not even given majeera water and no proper roads and very poor quality of constructions. The floor tiles are very bad its breaks very easily so people have to spend more money later to replace the floor and bathroom tiles, The lift he has used is very bad and old model which never operates and people get stuck it hours to get off the lift in case of power failure.
