are you referring to Tagaram Raju Property Broker and Srinivas (so called SIR to this Raju,., Raju claims him as the Director but not sure whether he really is a Director)
I am planning to buy a plot in Ozone county whee both these guys are assisting me in showing the plot. I gave advance of 25000 to reserve the plot.
Are these guys trustworthy..?
Yes it happend for me. I payed some amount but later i cancelled.
Till now they are not answering my calls and no proper response. His name is Raju and Srinivas.

can any one guide if any one has registration with Bhashyam successfully?
Beware of Bashyam developers...they ask you to pay half of the amount and then they say they will do registration of the plot in next 3 months...Also asures that they pay fine if the due date crosses but in reality nothing like this happens ..they will not give any updates 2 months passed after the due date... and still no updates from them..i call them every week to hear back it will be done this week & the saga continues
