The worst consumer electronics store I've ever encountered.
The following is my account:
"I purchased a Samsung 1.5 T 5 Star Split AC (Model No. AR18FC5UAEB) from Capital Electronics Behala Kolkata (Invoice No. BBFL/297/12) on 31st March 2013. The dealer did not inform me that installation would be done by their local mechanics though I now know that installation is also done by Samsung Service Technicians. The dealer's installers came to my premises to install on 5th April 2013. After installation, they charged me ₹2225 (Installation: ₹1500, Cost of Water Pipe: ₹725) but they did not provide a bill.
