the first home appliance that i bought was a refrigerator from great eastern and afteri shifted to behala i had bought an AC and a mixer grinder from the shop. i never faced any harassment or delay and i always refer this to all my friends and relatives. they now have a facebook page which i found out recently and there the complaints are responded quite quickly.

This is very disgusting after shopping with your Behala Branch. You sales person Debu promised me that the Micro Wave Oven will be delivered on 11.12 and basis on that I purchased that. And there is no call from your end to update the status. My Invoice NO is BL/CM/06729/12-13. If you sales person told me that, there is a chance not to delivered yesterday, I would not purchase that which I told him clearly. But only for sales your sales person is promising wrong thinks, which is not fear for any one. Please think about the satisfaction which wrote by Ms. Monica Bhagat on 27.09.11 , as per her suggestion already posted on face book, lets see......

Great Eastern is one shop from where i get all my electrical applainces. i have rarely faced problem. yes once they delivered my fridge in 2 days time, but then i will not complain as they held it up because of the rain! so i guess they are actually concerned about delivering products in the best possible manner. i love the big store!

TECHNOCITY IS THE WORST. I HAD PURCHASED 1 TON 5 STAR AC ON 30/03/2012 AND SALES GUY WAS COMMITED TO DELIVERED SAME BY 3-4 DAYS. BUT TODAY IS 01/05/2012 AND SAME IS YET TO BE DELIVERED. I SPOKE TO SEVERAL PERSON LIKE, MR. RAJESH,MD WASIM & MR SUDIPTA KHAN BUT NOT A SINGLE CALL BACK FROM THIS GUYS. MY BILL NUMBER IS TC/CM/15346/11-12 DATED 30/03/2012. CAN ANY BODY SUGGEST SHOULD I NEED TO LODGE FIR OR IS THERE OTHER PROCESS.

can' agree sorry.. but i had purchased a BAJAJ mixer grinder from great eastern appliances in behale 2 years ago. when it stopped working i just phoned them and they sent a repeirman to my house withinh 48hours of the complain.
