I have bought two 1.5 Ton Inverter ACs from this Samsung Plaza on 18th May 2014. During the installation of the AC found faulty. I have contacted this dealer for a replacement as this is a problem identified during the installation itself. But this showroom has refused to do the same and I have not received any help. it is more than a week and still my AC is not working. I have invested 50 thousand for 1 AC and till not able to use it. Dont buy any product from this showroom as they will not support you when you need and they used to sell defective products without customer's knowledge. Regards - Deves Mukherjee
