3rd grade after sales service. Even the contact no they have used on their invoice and websites all are fake. I bought 3 AC, TV, Water purifier and all most of my electronics gadgets from them but I'm totally dissatisfied on their after sales service. WORST.
NagerBazar Sales emporium is located at satgachi where its full of resident. their office is below a fully residential appartment(Radha Bhawan) where all senior citizens & family reside. The staff used to talk foul language , and all thru the day shouting like anything disturbing the afternoon sleep of senior citizens and kids, They dont even bother to talk softly.

Very bad service. Sales girl ,Riya ------ very rough attitude. Sales persons are moving here and there and take selfy without answering the customer.
Very very bad, its really to bad in service. I have purchased a Samsung LED 40" Smart TV. On the time of installation its found manufacturers defective. When I called them to replace the TV. Customer care person and manager told that they have no libality to replace. However, when I went in person to submit my written complain the manager informed that they do not receive such letter. I have decided to go to the Consimer's Forum with the issue. I am feeling cheated now. -- Kamal
I do wish that I read the reviews before I bought my 1 ton Hitachi Inverter AC from Sales Emporium, Nager Bazar. The AC was found defective during installation by Hitachi authorized representative and it have been 12 days since and although they have committed to replace the defective AC, no action has been taken yet. When I asked for a refund, they said and I quote "In India we do not refund money, such incidents only happen in America. You can give us a lawyers letter but we will see that the case is held up at the court for decades you will never see your money". This was a worst shopping experience I had in my lifetime. I purchased 3 ACs: 1 Voltas 1.5 ton PXR, 2 Voltas 1 ton PXR and told them I would like to have silver color for all of them. 1 day before delivering the ACs, their sales representative Madhu called and told that they only have 1 model available for 1 ton AC and would like to replace with EXR model. I agreed to that. But to my surprise when they delivered the AC and when the Voltas installation guys unpacked for installation, all the three ACs were of different color, 1 Silver, 1 Red and 1 white. Do you people think that these all reviews or complaint against Sales Emporium will b effective for all other customers..they won't take any necessary action from the management....i also hav a bad experience like you about after sales service..like sales Emporium (Nagerbazar) ..Madhaymgram branch also has pathetic after sale service and also the present manager is too worst behavior..do proper action directly to the branch in-charge or manager or u should go for consumer forum for better response..
Too pathetic service. I would personally advice not to buy any product from sales Emporium (Nagerbazar) branch. I can not comment about their other branchess. However particularly nagarbazar branch has too pathetic after sale service. I bought LED TV with offer to get free Reliance Big Dis TV set-up box. At the time of purchase, their sales executive Mr. Koushik informed me that the free Big Dis TV set-up box will be provided by the samsung company directly and accordingly we LED TV was delivered to us. Lateron on further follow-up from samsung, we discovered that sales emporium simply cheated us by not providing the free set-up box which the company directly forwarded to the dealer instead of us. Very very bad. Truly Bad experience. Customers are at the mercy of sales men/women. At any cost you can not reach management. You can not complain against irresponsible illiterate persons. Does not have any ethics, even hawkers on the road side will give you better attention. Warranty is always responsibility of respective manufacturers. Its realy to bad in service. I have purchased an 0.9 ton Hitachi AC. Delivered after 4 days on the time of installation its found broken (Split AC - Out door unit). Visited the shop. The going to sleep customer care person (the dam person) told that they have no libality. Talk with company. Never go for this shop.
