even i swapna went for hair straightening they gave attention but that time there was a scheem going on till 31 st august doing straightening a free hair cut will be given. but i went on the last date on 31st august at 6 pm. they told me about the discount of 50 percent. and told me that they will talk to someone and infom me same day. i waited the whole knight and even the next day till 12 o clock. but there is no response from them.then i call back them. this proofs they are very irr responsible. and i was an outsider. i went to kolkata for only one reason to go to somis parlour.because i use all her products.so groom your staff somi di and tell them to give proper attention and proper response to the costomers. i hope somi di u will read my messages.
