I went there last evening and faced the most horrible exp. First they asked to deposit 600 non refundable at the entry without any receipt. They
didn't serve the bill on the table ,I had to go the counter to pay . Now the waiter said.. I was polite all through despite all the trash food & drinks. "Why have u called me by pointing finger, hum log kutte hai kia?" , THE WAITER SAID.
Though
there were hardly 2-3 customers but the waiters were so busy that they can't stand for even 30 secs to take an order.
Food was horrible ,I ordered fried prawn but hardly there was any prawn
in it,then I ordered roasted lamb and no one in world can chew that thing in..
When asked for the drink suggestions the waiter told choose whatever you like..menu me sab hai.
we don't serve bill on table , u don't know manners.
How come a waiter try to teach
you manners?..
THE WORST
PART IS I AM HAVING TUMMY TROUBLE SINCE LAST NIGHT..

The above comment is actually very true.
The people working out there dont know how to behave with their customers. I know the rates are low , so low
that any tom dick or harry can afford drinks and food there, but they forget one thing, we sophisticated and high profile people can also go there for a change. The place is not bad, but the working
people can really spoil the reputation of the lounge.

I lounge kolkata. I THINK THE OWNER OF THE BAR/RESTAURANT SHOULD TAKE IMMEDIATE ACTION AGAINST THE STAFF WORKING AT THE PRESENT MOMENT. IF THE OWNER WANT HIS BEAUTIFUL LOUNGE TO SURVIVE.
THE bar is undoubtedly very good, at a good location, with the wrong type of staff.
On a sad note i have to say that the i lounge bar is nothing but pathetic and just a piece of a shit. which luckily making
little business in this beautiful city 'KOLKATA'. The bar tender and the staff of the lounge just no how to misbehave and harass its customers .
This is the way the guest are treated in
the I LOUNGE KOLKATA.
