I also have the same attitude for this store. I have very bad experience of getting a refund (actually they charge me extra cost while processing a finance) with their branch at Kharagpur. Don't go for them.
ADAMS ELECTRONICS IS TOTALLY A FRAUD COMPANY.
I have purchased a LG DVD player(DV 456) from Adams Electronics from the electronics fair held in Saymiji Sangha Club ground in Howrah.I want to exchange a CD player for the DVD player.The salesman in the fair told me that they will give Rs 500 off for the exchange.He also added that the cost of the player is Rs 3000 and I will have to pay Rs 2500 as exchange price.I gave my old CD player and Rs 2500 and got the DVD player.Next day I again went to the fair and find that in LG stall the same DVD player (DV456) is on sale for RS 2600.I told the salesman that last day you told me that the price of the DVD player is Rs 3000 and you sold it to me for RS 2500 as exchange price.Then he told me that th
