Kalash: A dinner-only restaurant that prides itself on the quality, richness and variety of Indian cuisine. The interiors are a mixture of gold, plush and glam, which gives you quite a heady rush. The chefs use age-old culinary traditions as they whip up delicacies from the North-West Frontier Province, Lucknow and Mughal kitchens. Non-vegetarian must-tries are the Murgh-E-Raan, Rampuri Biryani and the assorted kebabs. Vegetarians need not despair; there is a mouth-watering variety to tease their palate as well.
