Most unprofessional staff!!! The cashier billed the items which we asked to remove, and did not even care to delete it fromthe bill.
Resulting in excess bill of Rs 170/-. When I realised that we were charged extra, there was no way to contact the store, as they have given only one phone no, which is ever busy. Same with the helpline no, which prived to be as useless as the staff! The person who did the billing for me was Kuddus Ali Gazi.

One of the staffs, named Shantanu has showed very indecent behaviour towards my family and my sister.. On being asked for an explanation, he threatened me.. The next time something like that happens, i am going to lodge a police complaint against him and your full organisatioin.. his timings for work are from 6:30pm-10:00pm..
I hope desired actions would be taken against him..
