I bought AC from this store on 5th April, 2024. They gave a false commitment to me that they will deliver the AC within 7 days. The sales girl even told me that they will deliver in 2-3 days max. Till now its been 10 days and I have not received the AC. Whenever I call them, they give different type of excuses and keep on delaying the delivery. Most of the times they don't even pick up. The customer care number doesn't work.
I am utterly frustrated and disappointed by their service!! If you don't want to get harassed, please DO NOT GO TO KHOSLA ELECTRONICS.
Update as of 16th April:
They told they will deliver the AC by 9pm today. Again a false commitment!! Have not received product yet. Have shared bill on whatsApp, called store thou

It is my experience that only SHOW BUSINESS . All workers are rubbish to sale the products. Display items only no stock. Customer will make payment immediately but service is not immediately.
This is the common phenomena of all outlets of KHOSLA ELECTRONICS PVT LTD.
I do request don't go over there for purchase anything.

I ordered Samsung 22" LED TV from "KHOSLA ELECTRONICS PVT. LTD., Shradhanjali Appartment, B.T. Road, Kolkata on 18.04.2013.
But till 21.04.2013 yet I did not get the Service person for installing the TV, after calling them(03364504787/88) so many times when they answer, they committed to done the job by today, but there is no further action been taken.
So my request you to please take some argent action.
