The worse service EVER! Spent around 3000 Rs to get my clip on extensions put up. Emphasis on 'MY' hair extensions. I had my own human hair extensions. All they had to do was clip it on and make it look natural. I even told them to curl it to make their job easier. But they messed it up BIG time! The stylist didn't even know how to use a curling iron. I had to tell her how to do it. I felt like crying looking at myself after it was done. It was HORRIBLE. I ended up coming back home, taking it all out and then putting it back myself. I not only wasted my money but even my time travelling from new town to park street. I was even late for my event. I still have the pictures of them putting up the extensions vs me putting t up myself! Hopeless

Just Terrible - Over hyped . They spoiled my hair while straightening. On the top of it they were showing attitude. Stay away ..
I went to this salon for a haircut,first of all the stylist was so rude.The haircut which he did made no DIFFERENCE and I was charged 1200 for nothing!!

so on 22nd I visited the salon for hair extensions and scalp treatment, the treatment I knew bout as I have been getting it done abroad, to my shock the lady manager was not even dressed up or had manners to talk so I just ignored her and started talking to one of the hair dressers. She being manner less butted in the conversation ... and started telling me how I have to wait for her.. I told her I wasn' talking to her... I went ahead and waited for her to get back to me once she was done wit whatever she was doing... I saw all the hair dressers come on her table and bend their heads to hide behind table and talk about what had happened..

I always got good service from this place and now when I visited after almost a year seems like they are misusing there fame
It has turned out to be one of the worst SALON ever
I had long hair till hip and when I asked for a good haircut they have cut the hair half with no absolutely no style and I looked so horrible .. and the Girl who did the haircut was so adament that my hair was not good enought for any style .. moreoevr she forced me for conditioning my hair to char more rs130 .. I left the place with the hair with no style and a horrible look

I went to Anjohn salon in Ballygunge one evening for a hair wash. I have rebonded hair ( below shoulder length).
I was charged Rs,250 for hair wash, conditioning and plain dry. I was billed by a girl named mousumi.
After 3 days , i again went for a wash and mousumi who had billed me on the first occasion said i will be charged Rs.510.
She said my hair is too thick. When i explained the situation to her she said the stylist must have made an error in judging my hair.
What i fail to understand is how can my hair become thick in 3 days?
I was told by my colleagues that this is a good place but i am amazed at the stupid behavior of the staff.

This place is overpriced and overhyped. I got a very poor perm at the Alipore outlet. They should not have claimed that they can perm. I specifically asked for a spiral perm. I did not even get a decent standard perm. I got very poor curl definition. From within an hour of getting the perm, the curls started falling flat. After the first wash(3 days later with the recommended products), the complete look is a frizzy mop near the scalp and some wilted half curls down the length. They took a whopping 7000 INR for the process. I could tell they had very little experience when they used hot water to wash out the perming solution and also combed out the curls when they were still wet!! Hi went to AN John at Park Street, Kolkata in Feb 2011 for a haircut before my sister's marriage. I booked an appointment over the phone. Thought I'd look cool after the haircut. I had done my homework--I had grown my hair for the last 3-4 months so that some nice haircut could be done on it.
AND BELIEVE ME, I GOT THE WORST HAIRCUT OF MY LIFE.I told the guy not to cut the front sides of my hair so that the male-specific baldness won't be evident, but the first thing he did was cut those hairs. NO PROPORTION, NO STYLING was there.
I wont go there again. Neither should you. Your hard-earned money is not worth the phony barbers' unskillful act.
