Tata Docomo Store

Worse experience with Tata Docomo Store - Airoli.

I have submitted all necessary document to update my billing address. They have taken the document along with application to update address and did not provide any receipt, indeed I requested for the same as everyone provides the receipt so we can have proof and track our request.

And after 3 days when address is not updated and I did not get any sms. I again visited the store but they told in next billing cycle it will get reflected but after one month also it is not updated. because they have taken document from me but not proceeded the request further.

Worse services I believe, they are too lazy to answer your questions until and unless it is not beneficial for them.
