well, i went there once, and managed to push myself to their doors once more, never to return again.
they cant accomodate you if you dont have appt. but if you have one they keep you waiting. First time i waited for 30 mins and second time 35 mins. and mine was not a stray case. there were other beautiful ladies who were equally irritated.
service is also not good.. firstly there charges are high, as it should go for any salon with the lakme trademark and the Divine location of being in Lokhandwala. But then give me the service dear! the towels are torn, YES,torn and they wont change the cover on the bed to rest in front of you. the gown that they give you will definitely pass on a feeling in you that it has been worn by someone else before you.. and guess what, they pull out blackheads using tip of fingers!! Whoa , what a service!
