H K Mobiles is a mobile store with staff and authorities who are not equipped to handle customers. They may be nice at the time of purchase, but once you have paid them, they turn their backs on you for service if your phone is under warranty.
When I gave my phone for the panel to be changed (under warranty) after 2 weeks they give me a phone with internal problems my phone didn't have claiming its mine. Luck made me check my IMEI number and I realized how they were trying to trick me by taking my good phone and giving me a defected one. Although after a lot of monetary loss, time and effort in traveling back and forth, my phone was recovered, but they showed no guilt and no apology was given.
