Dear Customer, I have purchased flat from Ostwal Builder in Ostwal Orchid Mira Road. This is my 4th flat which I bought in my life and I like to share my experience Ostwal Builder is the worst builder I have seen in my entire life if you want me to are him from 1 to 10 I will rate him 10 as a lowest.

Dear All ,
i had booked a flat in Ostwal height Building 5 ( Mira road ) in 2011 may , The property was under construction that time , they promised me the flat will be ready in a years time, so i booked the same. In 2012 yet no construction started i enquired whats the problem they told me new BMC commissioner and file is on his table, we will get the permission in a months time. In june 2012 construction started they made a first floor and again it stopped on 3 rd floor, i was tensed as i took loan to book the property, it was my hard earned money. i again made an enquiry what why how long it will take. they said work is in progress as they got permisssion till 3rd floor only. and they have applied for permission till 7 th floor . Hi all,
Shree Ostwal Builder is a big Fraud. If you don't believe on this please visit to his project Ostwal Avenue, Ramdev park, Mira road East-401107. There is hell of problems of water supplies, Highly poor architecture. Builder has not handover the society and he is not willing to finish the work also.
Please never ever do a mistake of buying any property from Ostwal Builders.
