Pathetic, the bus was not cleaned and the attendant or the conductor was rude. The bus kept stopping enroute at unscheduled places to pick up passengers who were travelling short distances. It was a farce made of the passengers who paid a good amount expecting to be carried with minimum stops. It was just like travelling in a state transport bus with air conditioning. When a passenger asked for an explaination the conducter dismissed him with "Yes it will continue this way, I am not going to take the bus empty complain to who ever you want" The Bus number was MH-04 FK 6696, route Mahableshwar to Borivali, day 14th May 2012 time morning.
