Had a very bad experience with these guys ! They charge a commission every year that is equal to 1 month's rent. So over 3 years we have paid Naveen Shahane 1 lakh of comission. This is in addition to the security deposit. In an attempt to further rip us off , they quoted reasons to not refund our security deposit against day-to-day wear and tear. Unprofessional, unethical and dishonest folks at Good Homes.
