Pritam Dhaba Restaurant: Pritam Da Dhaba is the perfect place for great Punjabi khana in a rustic earth ambience. Pritam Da Dhaba is an ideal place to wow international visitors or for a fun evening out with Hookas, palmist and khatiya seating. Pillows and cushions are provided and lounging is certainly permitted. The Chicken Kebabs, Dal Tadka and Tandoori Chicken are excellent. The ambience is created with dcor elements in the outdoor section under the stars and you can expect to wait before being seated even on a weekday.

We had fun while gathering few friends down there...but as per the ambience it was rubbish...Foods came after half an hour after the ordered placed, the threaded cot with pillow and bed liner were bad no hygiene as such....It was overall uncomfortable scenario...and after the occasion gets over they charged with extra 450 rupees for the Wine which was not actually printed on the menu card...we dont want to clamor much but a standard is gone....Very very bad....Butter Chicken were like sour thick curry and biryani was not one like hyderabadi nor Moghulai or Lakhnawi.....

But there are still a few options depending on your budget. 1. Copper Chimney is a great place and they are very close to the food you get in Delhi (don’t try the butter chicken though) 2. Khyber in Kala ghoda is great 3. Papa Pancho in Bandra 4. Indus bar in Hotel Diplomat - colaba (same owners as Shere Punjab in Fort) - they are my favorite 5. Roadside joints in Sion Koliwada - there is a sikh colony where the joints do great fried fish and tandoori chicken. 6.Sunny da dhaba on Bhiwandi highway And there is the top end in ... View More
I had heard about this place from lot of my Mumbai friends but my experience out here was not too great. Overall the food was very oily and spicy and service left a lot to be desired. I am sure there are better places in Mumbai. Can some mumbai guy suggest me some good options to have north indian food when I visit Mumbai next ?
