Mahatma Gandhi Swimming Pool: This Olympic size pool is well used and well maintained. There are classes held for beginners. The casual swimmer too is welcome at a minimal fee. 50% concession in fees is allowed of the school going children up to 12 years, municipal employees, and citizens above 60 years of age at all Municipal Swimming Pools. Separate swimming hours for male & female swimmers ensure both safety and privacy. The spaces around the pool can be booked for celebrations, performances and functions.
