Beware of this company. Once they get your business you are stuck with them and their high prices.
I have been a long term user of the services of World India in renewing and hosting my domain ballpen.com. Recently they raised the rates for hosting my site claiming more storage and other features. I informed them that I do not need such storage or features and would like to continue my old plan. I also pointed out that other companies were providing much better services at lower cost. However, their response was that this is not possible and I have to pay the higher fees for hosting.
