I am Ezaz a civil engineer looking for a job. I have been in the field of project management ( construction) and facility management ( operation and maintenance ) for luxury villas, buildings offices, palace, towers for nearly 15 years. My job responsibilities include supervision at job sites, total inventory control, materials arrangement & manpower allocation as per site requirement, to prepare schedule for preventive maintenance and its proper implementation, communicating with clients and consultants, assigning and managing the all relevant task given to the subcontractor.
