Worst experience. These guys are totally incompetent. I had a broken screen on my ipad 3rd gen and decided to call them for a cheap fix. They promised to replace it for 4000/- and return ipad within 2 days. When i finally got it after 1 MONTH, the display was now gone, with half screen darkened out and the other half good enuf.they are asking for another 5500/- to get the display changed now... moreover, the work done in replacing the screen is also very crude... I can see a lot of scratches in the corners, probably they were trying to open up using a fork. In addition the screen is also not correctly installed, one corner of it has already started coming off... I cant use this ipad in any productive way. Have now decided to exchange it som ... Worst experience ever... After 5 days of keeping my phone with them and never getting a commitment of the delivery date, I finally had to collect it back myself without any repair done. Also the returned phone had missing parts.I STRONGLY suggest not to rely on them. Rude staff and incompetent engineers. Very badly managed service center.
