Most Horrible !!! we went on family outing and booked bus of Desai travel. we had corportate relationship also, owner of Desai Travel behaved on bad terms. They took all money in advance and post taking advance he refused to drop on our desired loaction and told us to take a rick and go. so think twice before opting for Desai travels.

We have booked Desai travels 29 seater bus from advertisement on Sulekha.com for deolali trip for 3 days 25-26-27 Jan. Paid 15K Advance out of 21K(including all). Sent driver Bharat was a extreme rough driver and rough person too. After receipt of balance 6K he starts behaving like anything and also refuse to drop us at our building's gate from where he picked us and drop us on main road with all luggage and kids. when we called the management of this worst Desai travels, they asks first to the driver that have you received balance payment????...when driver confirmed he say what ever you do but BUS WILL NOT DROP YOU AT YOUR PICK UP POINT.
