Can you tell me how you are you going to finance this ambitious expansion plan of yours. How do you intend repaying the loan as your existing balance sheet does not have the wherewithal to repay a loan of such magnitude. Sanjay Shah is the convenor of your expansion committee. Give me one good reason for this. Though he may have an architect's degree, he is no more than a liasioning agent of BMC. Show me one building that he has designed that is worth being called a piece of architecture and which people recollect. Can you be specific about your plan to promote Indian art & culture.
