Whilst savoring the creamy basundi at Rajdhani Thali, I was taking in the environment around me. Like me there were many who had come for this feast that Rajdhani offers on a daily basis with consistency in taste, hygiene and quality of food. The food needless to say was simply exotic with many delicacies of Gujarat and Rajasthan. The menu I was told was rotated regularly so that patrons like me get a taste of all the food items that are a specialty of the two states. The place itself is very huge with comfortable seating. The courteous staff is always prompt in serving the clients hot food straight from the kitchen. I counted at least three varieties each of vegetables and rice and other accompaniments on my thali.
