Service is awful no one answering the calls. Today I recharge but not yet started the wifi net. My one day recharge money is completely waste. Customer care not answering the calls. But for recharge they give timely reminders by calling the customers

Pathetic Service. They don't pick up calls and purposely disconnect them.
Don't even think of taking connection.

since last fifteen days cabel i s not working (there is no signal). no boady is lifting phone for complain. i paid yearly subscription,.very poor service.

pathetic services. i stay in kandivali (e) lokhandwala. I just installed the set top box through them. the connection keeps going on and off . the service is extremely poor. its been only a month but in this one month atleast 5-6 days the network did not function
