Sharda Pargal: Indian cooking cleverly adapted to suit the quicker pace of city life. The instructor has a long career in conducting cooking classes. This has enabled her to change methods to suit the client. For example, she has incorporated innovative ideas in lowering the calorie content in the rich Mughlai recipes without sacrificing taste and flavour. She has published many books. Her classes cost Rs. 1600 for six 3 hour sessions. You may choose from all the cuisines of the subcontinent.

GREAT!!!!!!!!! 35 YRS BACK I LEARNT FROM HER CHINESE,MUGHLAI,CONTINENTAL,AND BAKING.AND STILL ITS ROCKING HIT WHEN I PREPARE AND SERVE,I LIKED THE WAY SHE GRACEFULLY EXPLAINED AND TAUGHT.I JUST LOVE HER AND REMEMBER AS MY AWEET MEMORIES AT MY AGE OF 17.
