disgusting service! they delivered 2 days late & then went to my neighbour's door which was locked. They don't even check house number while delivery!!

Ridiculous! Even though they have their office at Dombivli, I have to go to Thane to collect the Passport, as when enquired, it is told that the service is not available at Dombivli. What a frustrating experience??????????????????????????????? Also no one is answering the calls made to them. I am not in a position to know the timings of collection (I am working). At the customer service, when asked to deliver at their Dombivli (E) office, they refused to do so!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

horrible!! u call them either their number is busy or they dnt answer the call
any time its difficult for them to drop ur parcel at your place , u
have to pick it up from their office
