third class service word is also not enough for them , they are 100 times worst then 3rd class.had tried to reach them through calls but no one bother to pick a call. called several times to call center ,but always get same reply , our branch will call you, tried for whole one month to contact just to renew my net but no reply.
finally bought home net with good service more speed and low cost.
and now same again for one more connection for cable and no reply from last 15 days.
i think they are earning lot and taking there customer for granted.
why dont you put - rating . its suit very well for hathway

i am using hathway cable in thane and hathway service is 3rd class like local cable operater. we facing so many problem
I am using Hathway in Indirapuram.
What i will say is, this internet is good for nothing. I just hate this service.
Whenever you need to use the internet on top most priority then the service will be down. YES! It is down. Down most of the times. And when you call CC, they says it will be fix in 2 hours. Yes, it got fixed but after some time, it again get down.
Bad bad bad internet service provider.
I JUST WANT TO GIVE THEM 0 RATING.
