Kohinoor Electronics Showroom: All types of consumer electronics and durables of leading brands may be found at any of the Kohinoor outlets. What started out as one man's vision 30 years ago with a small electronic shop has today become a 7 branch company. Televisions, home theaters, refrigerators, washing machines and microwaves from brands like Samsung, LG, Philips, Whirlpool are sold at Kohinoor. The showrooms are based in prime locations all close to railway stations. The biggest store is the Thane one spread over 12,000 square feet. The larger outlets have demo rooms for Plasma TVs and Home theatres.

Very very bad service. We bought Samsung smart T.V. It is getting restarted after every 2 minutes. We already raised complaint for this they said they will replace. But now after 15 days still not received replacement.
Very bad service. We asked for someone to come to repair our ac almost a week ago and still no response from them. Terrible service no cooperation don't order from here
irresponsible staff and management. Not a single communication number is working. No timely post delivery services. I have taken a product three days back and there is no information about its installation
Very Bad after Sales Service. I bought Hitachi AC a year back & many parts are defective. They havent repaired the AC for a month now. Even Hitachi Customer Care is not responding
They promise but not deliver on time, also no one pickup the telephone. All other no. Besides no. Ending with 21 are faulty or switched off. How to contact.

I have booked a hitachi Air conditioner on 23rd March 2013 on their electronics day. I was told it would be delivered in 2 days. I have not received the same yet. After repetitive follow ups it has not been received yet. The sales person and the staff cheats by keeping the products in display. Not recommended. Had a very bad experience.
Booked Hitachi Air Conditioner on 28th April 2013 at Kohinoor Santacruz branch.
The sales guy promised to deliver the product on 1st May 2013, but never heard from him the entire day. When I went to check the next day I was told that the A/c model i booked is out of stock.
If that was the case why was the product kept on display?
I was never informed about this and kept me waiting the whole day. Had I not visited the shop & scolded the guy I would've been waiting fro another few days.
Finally, the product was delivered on 3rd may (after 5 days) and now the guy tells me to wait for another 2 days for the person from company to come and do the installation.
Could these two not coordinated & done together?
