I bought a few Daikin ACs sometime back. There was a tiny problem in the functioning of the wall-mounted ACs. I lodged a complaint with the Daikin service centre at Vile Parle East and they were very helpful. They reverted back almost immediately and explained through the phone what must have lead to the problem. It was just a basic failure of understanding the key functions of the AC from my side. They gave a detailed explanation of the same and a few other useful tips.
I am very happy with the kind of service I have recieved post sales.

I was a very strong potential customer of the great Daikin split inverter AC with a decently large number of units to be purchased. However, I tried their Service number in Mumbai and the sales guys here are really awful ! In particular, there are these two guys Rushak and his boss Dolphy. They really give Daikin a bad name. I've called them a million times only to be ignored and given false information and false hopes about Daikin's AC availability. They (and even the ordinary watchman, security guy, operator, etc) all seem to try their level best to refrain a customer from talking to their boss Mr.Neeraj Shukla, probably out of fear of discovery of their own shortcomings?
