Banjara Restaurant: This is a family restaurant and bar with village style ambience created for authenticity. Banjara is a very popular restaurant in Borivali and the menu offers Indian, Chinese and Tandoori. Village artefacts, lanterns, khatiyas, cane chairs and till recently hookahs all go to give it a rustic feel in the outdoor section. They also have an air conditioned indoor section. Avoid the Chinese and tuck into the North West Frontier cuisine. The Chicken Tikka Masala and Roomali Rotis are superb. Although very reasonably priced, the portions are large and quality of food good.
