Big liars don't believe what they say. i lie to me everything on our tour to Bangkok we paid for Deluxe package & yet received
no food & less than budget hotels
Their pamphlet is total lie - I paid for deluxe deal & i got half things of the regular package.
total waste of money, Time & Moment.
Just don't choose Dhaval Travels.

Even after reading all review,I still went ahead with Dhaval. Paid the whole amount but service was not good. Their tour operator Mr. Sandeep Tripathy whom we met in Delhi is one big CHARACTER and god knows on what basis he is a tour operator. He has troubled us a lottttt. He just left us alone while returning from Punjab enroute Delhi. didn't even bother to take care of us during departure. We had to continuously pleade the Car agent and were on his mercy. We were forced to sit 4 of us for place meant for 3 people for long hours journey. Except for Shimla hotel nothing was good. Food was also a problem. This company is full of frauds. Since I donât have too much time to go and lodge a complaint against them and keep following up, so I am just writing my reviews here.
Here is my story:
I went on to a Himachal tour (Couple tour). They gave me a tour itinerary with some shady hotel names (Silky Resort in chandigarh, Golf Link in Shimla and Imperial Place in Manali) I would request you to go and check them on internet. When I reached there none of the hotels had my booking.
