I've used the original Moksh several times in the past both for spa treatments and a gym membership. So I figured I would try a Deep Tissue Massage over at Moksh Zip.
I used one of the several offers they have going on that offered the massage at Rs. 699 instead of Rs. 1,500.
After pre-paying a certain amount and contacting them for an appointment - I was informed that instead of the advertised Rs. 699, I would now have to pay Rs. 1,200.
Furthermore they are refusing to refund the prepaid amount and I am stuck on the phone with them trying to get a refund because I refuse to be held hostage like this.
I recommend you try Aroma Thai or any of the other lovely spas in the area instead of this place.
