Very poor service. Staff is not courteous and they always seem to be in hurry. Unexpected services for the charges they take. I visited their powai branch, took an appointment before visiting still had to wait for 10 min for my services. Nobody cares to ask for a feedback even if you show discontent!! Local parlours treat their customer better than this.
The customer service is really very poor.
I had booked for cleanup thru online portal which said Rs 700/_(excluding service taxes not mentioned)
After I arrived at d appointed time I was made to wait for 15minutes and then one technician was told attend to me.
Then after being taken to the facial room she informed me ,that since she is a senior staff I need to pay 10%more than d rate card.Then I was lured into opting for an expensive facial.This cost me more than Rs4000/- ya 4000/- for a very below standard job. The facial did not have any effect even after a few days.
And even d customer service here is below standard. The counter staffs r not properly trained on basic soft skills.

I took my motther to the parlor. the hair stylist was highly uncivilized. and all he conveyed was go for something as drastic as chanding the hair color and smoothening and ....... simple hair cut wont help at all. and even after I asked for cut he did not do it. very weird, pathetic, uneducated staff.
Probably enrich should start giving classes to their staff on customer dealing.

I visited Enrich salon to wash and blow dry my hair as I had to attend a function in the evening. It was the worst experience I had. I asked the guy who attended me to apply some volume mousse on my hair. He told me that Loreal has stopped the production of the volume mousse and that they used to keep it earlier and now they don't do it anymore. I was surprised to know as I have personally used the volume mousse before. I came home and to my surprise I found that LOreal still does the mousse and that guy was lying to me. He charged me 1500 Rs just to wash and blow dry!!! After 2 hours, my hair looked messed up and looked like they needed a wash...What a waste!!! Trust me the staffs don't treat you well,I visited twice for hair spa with an appointment taken a day before,still on the day of my appointment they told me they don't have enough product for hair spa and told I should do power ***(somethin like that...I really don't remember) which didn't include enough of massage and made my hair more oily than before.I too took a membership..which was of no use coz visited just a couple of times.Their facial service is not that good.
While the guys on the floor are efficient, nice and polite the ladies at the front desk are horrible. They make you wait even to answer a small query, are unapologetic to make you wait for over 30 mins even with prior appointment, even while paying a bill which is never less than 2K - 3K with all services they make you stand for hours and no attitude to service your needs.
Despite being a member I have ignored this more than a couple of times giving them the benefit of doubt. However after repeated visits and same gesture I assume they way they have been trained is this only which does not fly with me.
