Hi!! this is raj from prabhadevi, i would like to share my experience with you it was about an hour ago i went to change my reliance CDMA sim card to vodafone.
i took the token number from the machine, token number was 184 around 3:45PM but i really don't get itthe token numbers were not bring called in ascending, a middle aged lady came around 4:30PM which was far away to my token number but they called that lady first.
i really enjoyed the environment through listening to the music and by using wi-fi in my phone but i was also observing the staff attention and dedication towards the customers.

View Moretuation but the way they talk within their colleagues is with a big smile(prominent tool) but while answering to the customer they have no smile and it feels like they're forced to work.so, it became 4:40PM but i am still standing and finally i knew if your service is like this then i am happy i did not change my SIM card to Vodafone. i awaited almost an hour and finally i dropped out myself from the store.
All i can suggest you is that staff is capable to handle but they lack proper training towards the customer handing.
