I have applied for a new connection based on the reviews from different websites. They sent a Field engineer to my address after two days and that guy assured a connection within a week's time. But, when I tried to reach him on his phone, he was not at all answering my call. So I spoke with once of their customer care executive 'n' number of times and have been following up frequently. But to my utter shock every time when I call them they will say only one thing "WE WILL SEND OUR EXECUTIVE TOMORROW". It has been more than a couple of months and I am yet to receive any sort of communication from them. By this experience one can understand the level of customer service you could expect after taking a connection.
