1&1 Broadband Internet

2 Years back, 1&1 use to be one of the best and prompt service provider, but now since they have gained good number of customers the service has been drastically degrading.
Telephone lines are always busy or unanswered and even if they receive the problems are unresolved.

I have applied for a new connection based on the reviews from different websites. They sent a Field engineer to my address after two days and that guy assured a connection within a week's time. But, when I tried to reach him on his phone, he was not at all answering my call. So I spoke with once of their customer care executive 'n' number of times and have been following up frequently. But to my utter shock every time when I call them they will say only one thing "WE WILL SEND OUR EXECUTIVE TOMORROW". It has been more than a couple of months and I am yet to receive any sort of communication from them. By this experience one can understand the level of customer service you could expect after taking a connection.
