I booked in buliding no.1 with first possesion date told aug 2010 then it was revised by builder to dec 2011 and he just sent a letter stating date of change. The garage issue I have also discussed and they repeat the same story wht they have told you every time. I think it would be good to join hands. We need more info and contact details on who else have booked the flat in HP.
Visited the site today and it seems may be the Bulding no.5 possesion can be given by dec 2011. This also I feel will not have a good access road and other common amenities looks far away with construction for other building going on and the sign of garage moving out looking very bleak.
Its a terrifying experience so far.
It was aroung January 2009 that we were looking for a property in Thane, and this project was just started. This builder claimed that the possession will be in May 2010 which at first place seemed unrealistic. However, after during the time of agreement, it was mentioned August 2010.
By today, i.e. end of July, the construction is done till plaster work, and the process is going very slow.
The possession is delayed till december, but that too feels unrealistic and may go till march 2011.
